I love
I woke up this morning
With something on my mind
That chased away my reasoning
In fact, it is the Holy Spirit
Who whispered in my ear
A simple word: I Love
Strengthened by this inspiration
I addressed my prayer to the Father
And I remembered
That we only need to walk in the large path
Where the Father’s love resonates in us,
Where reason is dismantled
Oh! Spirit of Wisdom
Show us the Father
Rekindle our warm cinders
The Father’s love
Knock on our doors
So we may open them all the way
And in the light of this enlightening love
May we understand without understanding
And welcome his unreasonable mercy
So we may, in turn,
Love without measure, to His measure.
O Father,
You are the joy of your children
You are the Father and the Mother
You are the Eternal and the moment
With the Son, I tell you: You are the Most High
God our Father
On this day of the Pentecost
The Spirit invites me to turn to You
And in this precise moment of my life
You will hear me say: I Love
I Love when You teach me
I Love when You are silent
I Love when You jostle me
I Love when you comfort me
I Love where you want me to be
I Love those around me, and those who are far away
I Love Your silence and Your presence
And in the morning,
I Love what you reserve for me
