N’est-il pas normal de récolter des butins à la hauteur de ma ruse? Il faut manger pour vivre, quoi! Et j’ai toujours faim!

Ah! J’apprends qu’il y aura un nouveau-né dans une mangeoire, le Roi de la création? Il se place dans une position bien vulnérable lui, c’est comme s’il offrait sa chair à manger! Ha! Oserai-je m’approcher? Je m’y sens attiré… Mais est-ce un piège? Ou vient-il offrir ce qui pourrait me rassasier en profondeur? Mon Dieu, je ne suis pas digne d’aller sous son regard, mais je vais aller voir de loin ce qui s’y passe. Peut-être pourrais-je me laisser attendrir?
